The main cathedral nave roof has developed significant structural cracks following the monsoon. The road widening project has also affected the adjoining boundary wall. We require an approved municipal structural estimate before we can proceed with restoration works. Please advise on the necessary documentation for the Heritage Building clearance from ASI regional office.

I have reviewed the Heritage Building notification. We need a NOC from the ASI regional office before any structural modification. I will draft the application this week.

Thank you. Please ensure the Title Deed copy is included with the ASI application. I have also asked the PWD surveyor to inspect by Thursday.
